    Kilgore,

How is your healing without anatomy? Can you still deliver concussion blows?

Doh! I picked Alchemy by accident. He has Anatomy.

Side note: I need to build in skill linking so you get the option to auto-add anat/tactics with a weapon skill or med/eval with magery. But, that's another day's problem.

If you want a pure solo pvm build with LJ, i have had luck using the below.

    7x GM
Lumberjack, Swords, Tactics, Anatomy, Healing, Music, Provo

Pro's - Does a considerable amount of damage, has moderate crowd control w/ provo and rarely takes direct damage.
Con's - When taking damage, especially magic damage, it is bad news bears. However biggest Con is zero magery means it takes multiple tries to recall from a scroll.

If you regularly run in a group and don't need to worry about crowd control, then you could easily swap out music/provo for GM resist/magery.

I got a pure LJ dexxxer who has proven pretty ineffective without Magery in PVP. I'm now thinking of turning him into pure dexxer bard as my provo/mage does well with certain types of PVM and not so well with others.

What do you guys think of this?

I think this could work out pretty well. Can you cast magic reflect at 35? If so, as long as you keep that up you’ll have an extra second or two to react to PKs and that makes all the difference.

Can cast with a scroll, but pretty sure you'd never succeed from a spellbook.

With a scroll absolutely. Truthfully, it's there in case of PK and being able to recall out.
