    I love how people are upset about the crystals, yet the special hues on this shard are definitely not all "UOR-like" hues either.

    This is a custom shard, stop pretending it's supposed to be Renaissance.

    It's less about the colors (and certainly not about era accuracy) and more about the graphic itself in my opinion. Just looks out of place in this world.

    Regardless, the new levels look good, and kudos to Telamon and crew for setting it all up!

    the counters in and of themselves fit the world. It was player ingenuity within the confines of the world around them that made them into walkways on houses. Some deco looks nice (trees, plants, bars, shelving, etc).. some deco looks nice but doesn't really fit a world (hot tubs and lakes on roofs) and some deco looks ARGGGGGGG but functions (skywalks)....

    The issue is the art for those gems are huge "3d" and from Ilshenar which also brought you such wonders as other "3d" skele mounts and fire steeds and PACK BEETLES!?!?!?! Cmon - theres a difference and you know it. If we want Ilshenar - then do it full on....

    Give me plants and bogthings and seeds and savage dye and paragons and the beetles so i can bond one to a miner.

    I changed my mind....

    Yeah, my .02 is the Rock1 - Rock9 in those colors would probably be equally cool but stay within the type of graphics one expects.

    In my defense we never thought to "walk" on the tables that we were going to allow players to craft. Player creativity sometimes gets the best of the staff. And we do try to take care with the hues of things. With very very rare items and anniversary items being an outlier since we can control their distribution. Everyone complained about "Blaze" items last year. And yet a year later they are rare vanity items, not towns full of neon afk people.

    Players are always welcome to voice their opinions and the treasure 7 system is still heavily in testing and many things can still change.

    Until we finish our patch updater and patch in a variety of new items that match our art style our choices for new items is getting pretty slim.

    15000 maps have been completed since we announced the new system and started spawning level 7 maps. And around 130-140 level 7 maps have spawned. This is factored into the loot system we apply to the special dungeons since we have a rough idea of exactly how many times they will be run.

    Those crystals are ugly as hell. Next will be colored plants. Can we just go back to one account, no neon items. I was told when i started here 2 years ago that this isnt gona be neon filled server, nothing but neon mask running around

    We can have neon gems, but yet i cant dye my kegs neon color to match the potion color *doh

    Interesting discussion everyone! I think that the crystals are too large. It seems that a smaller size might be a nice compromise to address the concerns expressed by others.
