LVP 7 maps - General Stuff

I agree on the crystals as well. The art doesn't fit, those crystals are a drop from mondain's legacy champions, you know that time they put elves in UO? I can live with the colors though but just make them spawn as rocks with colors or better yet as a gem mine make them spawn the large versions of the normal gems. I know I've seen different looking diamonds/amethysts/rubies/etc. in jeweler stores on the shard and it makes sense in a gem mine you'd find a giant rock or gem.

Could have at least made it a throne......

I like the crystals in the Ice Dungeon Christmas instance and the level 7 Elemental instance but I'm definitely not crazy about them being out in the world as rares. I agree that they're weird looking.

Agreed, it looks cool and I applaud you and Pegbyter for your great work in decorating those dungeons. I won't be out in the world knowing that those exist outside of that elemental dungeon though.

No, I won't be quitting. But I'm not playing until those are gone or I give enough of a shit to mod that fucking atrocious shit out of my client. Considering that, and how much I enjoy client modding, you can extrapolate a lengthy hiatus.

At least let me farm up a decent amount of these before you nix the drop. This is the one single item that has ever inspired me to decorate.

Echoing my IRC suggestion here. Make the gems a lot smaller and they'd be a lot less gawdy.

And have you been to the event center? It's totally Trammel and you can even idle or trade while in there. The gate to it is left open often, providing Trammel on demand.

Again, PFR is absolutely right! Even I got used to it, but a while back these green event gates were closed regularly after CTFs and stuff. Now it's perma open.

The crystals are cool. Make them more rare if anything.

If a couple of UO pixels offend you so much, you're weird imo.

They're already a 1/100 drop off a boss that can only be faught in a specific lvl 7 map, I think it'll be a while before these are all over the place.

If you don't like the crystals...


Step 1: Buy as many as you can.
Step 2: Post video of tossing them in the trashcan and watching them vanish into oblivion..
