had Magic Reflection on for a few days, and the icon was visible in that little buff/debuff HUD item. But now the icon is gone and if I try to cast it again I get the message "This spell is already in effect"
This is a known issue related to client disconnections (deaths can affect it also) and the system not reviewing your character to re-apply the buff icons properly. This is on our work list and should be resolved soon. Thanks for the report.
