   So a crafted GM exceptional gold weapon will become an Indestructible Eminently Accurate Weapon of Force? Or did I get it wrong?

   You need a gold runic hammer to craft the gold runic weapons. Each weapon crafted using the hammer has a chance to be “exceptional” which will provide a +4 dmg modifier in addition to the other modifiers (tactics, force, etc.)
