I expect I will be sailing these beautiful mares back to the great nation of papua in my boat that is both larger and of better construction quality than the other bidder's shortly.

I don't get why not simply tame the mares yourself? Seems like everyone has a tamer on UOR? Are mares kind of rare here?

Mares spawn in just like 6 or 7 areas and people like to check them often to tame. So tracking them down is annoying unless you're the type who likes doing stuff like that, collecting timed spawning rares, and whatnot. I'm not that person.

Beside that, if you look at the page for a nightmare here you will see that they have some range of possible stats and skills to start with. Animals that breath fire do damage with it base on a stat, so maxing out that stat will do (very little, but) more damage.

You can train a pet's wrestling, anatomy, magery, etc.. but stat points are slow to gain, and by the time the pet is GM in all skills, you may have gained just 2 or 3 points in a stat. There is also a maximum stat that can be achieved in some cases, like it seems a mare with 98 dex will never be trained to have more than 100 dex. But if you get one that spawned with 105 dex, that's better right.

In addition to that, I have a lot of easter eggs, and I don't want any of the easter rewards, so this is a perfect way to get rid of them for me.

Mares spawn in 5 specific areas, once every 24 hours or so. People regularly check the 5 spots. Some people kill them. So it's not too easy to tame one yourself. You have to be persistent and check often.

Ah, I see! Ok, now, that makes sense! I thought about taming one myself, but I seems, it's probably faster to simply buy one.
