Fisherman Boat Guard for Hire

@syncopations, nice post man, but it leaves me in trouble to judge it properly.

I have some questions:

1) Was the Zvyer afk on the boat?
2) Five minutes later two dragons are there. Where do they come from?

3) Why is there a corpse of "Avery" in the last picture? What happened? EDIT: So I researched the compendium a bit... You indeed killed Avery, Raidleader of O^S. Gratz, but it confirms rather the theory that Zvyer is no serious fisherman.

Although I very much like your post and way of telling a tale (the crazy greenpeace way), so far, I tend to not give kill points out. The reason for that is, it seems to me like either a shore kill is done or a kill of somebody that probably wanted to tame via the boat method on dagger island. I can't see whether Zvyer has the fishing skill at all, but I can see that he didnt participate in the fishing contest so far.

So right now I applaud your muderous Greenpeace attitude, but don't want to count it as pointworthy kills.

1) Im pretty sure Zvyer was Avery`s alt, so i can`t tell which one was afk. Both were on the boat. I stroke after the tamer left.

2) In the second picture, Avery is invis beside her 2 dragons and mare, after attacking me tried to invis it out since she became gray, completely ignoring my warning.

3) I reveal than i kill Avery.

4) I don`t mind the points, no profit sought. If zyver was no serious fisherman, I blame locals for wrong intel .

we tried to chase down his boat after the kills but the ghost tillerman was doing a great job shaking us. We set down more boats to try to box him in, at some point kane was piloting 3 boats and I was piloting 2. But we never caught up with him. The kills are actually in motion though and it was pretty fun. He even shot back at us with arrows during the chase.

haha! man at some point we were trying to pin him in from all sides and he slipped right through as 3 of our boats collided

- First tag team/multi boat kill. 2 half empty jars are awarded to Mes & Kane!

Announcement: I am leaving for vacation and won't be able to update the point table and prize table till Sunday/Monday. I hope there is Internet, so that I can post some comments meanwhile. I wish all pirates good luck with their hunt.

And here additional tipps that I got from roughly 15 hours of piracy:

- Don't try to hunt fishers during EU day times (US nights/mornings). I wasted 7 hours with 0 encounters. Sure there might be some fishers out there, but that's like finding the needle in the hay.
- Try not to scare the fishers too early. Nearly all fishers I saw, greeted me and were up for a chat. Use some social disguise and distract them. Try to have them type something and strike when they are busy. I lost roughly 3 of 7 possible points, because they were able to escape due to my bad timing. I lost another ~3 due to bad luck and redlined fishers recalling.
- Hide your mean pirates and try to look innocent with your navigating toon.
- Dont try to box, rather go for the kill (and the Screenshot proof). If you are able to box, you would also been able to kill. If they recall, it's no points.

Special bonus hint: How about finding out, who these VIP champ fishers are and where they live? You can earn alot points even from on-the-land kills.

Does the DarkWing kill count double?

Grumpy Old Man is Darkwing? If so it should count 10x, haha, but as long as he isn't participating in this contest as either pirate or anti-pirate, it's 1 point else 2.

I will def give it a go next time. With the amount of fish some of the fishers had, I realize I have no shot in hell at the other event. One guy got first in biggest and smallest....
