edit: correction, doors are locked at all times and noone can go through, but i will allow ghosts to come into my castle to then get resurrected

Right on man! Good to hear couples playing, I'm not the only one haha. She's brand new so still learning and having fun minus the complexity headaches hah

As some of you have already seen in IRC, there were some DDOS attacks that caused all of the casters to lose connection. I managed to get my caster and the healer back up and running, but I don't know if they will stay up all night while I sleep. Please be patient and wait to hear from @merlin8666 ,which I expect will be within a few hours. If I lose connection during the night rest assured we have not abandoned you all, just give us time to get up and running again!

ETA: Shortly after I went to bed some reinforcements showed up, and then I promptly lost connection . But everything is running smoothy now!

The event draw to an end. I am pleased that I didn't see any overly griefing this event apart from a few bad behaved individuals.
At its peak we had 86 unique characters in the pit and casted for 48 hours continuously. Thank you all for joining, I do hope this has helped some of our newer members to UOR find their feet.

My personal gratitude to all the casters involved, you know who you are.

This was a great event. Thanks again Merlin and friends! Hopefully there will be another to look forward to.
