*nails a piece of parchment to the Counselors door and the tavern door* Yesterday we had a couple encounters that the community needs to be aware of. First encounter was a thief in the building that holds our stone. Our people need to be aware that not all citizens are for the good. Be sure you all keep your belongings safe and keep an eye out for thieves. The other encounter was to the west of Vesper along the main roads. Brigands were encounter and when approached they became hostile. The community is asked to look after one another in times of danger or uncertainty. (signed) Akiro Scribe
