Moats vs. 2017 Summer House Decorating Contest

    One question ive been asking myself..
    Will moats be released in time for this years house deco contest?

    One decision i am having trouble with..
    Should I spend my "moat platinum fund" on some reward items now for the deco contest or keep waiting for the chance of the moat release before the contest?

    Your thoughts?

    Christmas statues would be a great thing to have for the deco contest as well.

    There are some "test" moats out there and some that were prizes from contests

    Some people won non functioning moats a while back.

    I also have been keeping my platinum stash on ice due to this same thing. We have no idea of the price it will take to obtain a moat and more so, how much in copper we will need to make them functional. Release CUB already @Chris

    Well there are some already! Most common are grass, swamp and snow moats!

    Don't "wait" for anything would be my advice. Live in the now. Plan accordingly.

    Funny story, I don't even care about moats tbh. My main fort is 100% secure, which honestly defeats the purpose of me owning a moat to reset any marked runes. My spare fort could benefit from a moat, but I rarely use it. I guess for this type of situation, it would only be for a deco factor and then it would come down to the price being justifiable for deco. I actually like my nice grassy courtyard :)
