    Wow , very impressive nice job. I have been here about the same amount of time as yourself and only got a villa.. I run around the land and see these large homes and wonder how people ever save enough gold to get one. Maybe oneday.

    The key was the holiday event and that the seller accept HC for 5000gp each. I payed the keep completly in HC, 920HC in total. Actually, I did not farm gold that much at all!
