New user account

Hello, I just installed the game and haven't played for years! Where do I create my password and login to get into the game? Or is it the same as this forum?

in the client itself. choose a ID & PW. it will register it on the server.
all you have to do is confirm your account with an email account (must be done in game)

Thank you for your help. I'm not seeing that screen. I click the razor launcher and it wants the account name and password to log in. I don't see where to create that.

At the login screen you type in a name and a password and then you have created your first account.
