Tested only in Del and Papua Inns. Any character without a kit seems to be able to log out instantly. After using kit, can only time out every time.
Actually, I noticed a similar problem at the Ocllo inn, only my characters weren't in disguise. I had to keep logging back in and moving around inside the inn to find a spot where the insta-logout actually took hold. It wasn't consistent, but it did happen quite a few times.
Yes, I noticed that at Ocllo when I first joined. I think I figured out that the rooms with the beds worked but outside in the "lobby" did not. In this instance, I tried logging out in the same room, as close to the same space as I could recall. Only the unkitted would log instantly.
