Hokai, so I think I've tried just about everything listed in the guides here and elsewhere on the internet so I suppose it's time to ask for some assistance. Windows 8.1 WinXPsp3 compatability mode Running as admin Video Drivers up to date (AMD Radeon HD 7420G) Re-installed 3 times now Tried ALT+space, ALT+tab, F11 Toggles on/off fullscreen mode countless times in game and in UO.CFG No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the damned title bar and windowed mode working properly. I just get this grey border at the login screen and in-game it won't snap to fullscreen, staying at what I'm assuming is a 4:3 or 5:4 size. Anyone got any advice? EDIT: So client_noenc.exe doesn't seem to have this problem, but unfortunately it then hangs at "Verifying Account" when run through Razor. I tried turning off Razors encoding patch as well, no change.
