Well recently a castle on grass(that fits a fort) went for like 13 or14 mil, that is some prime real-estate. I think @LanDarr managed to pull 11 mil for his fort, and it is a few screens away from you on dagger island. So, yes, a 15 mil reserve is something to laugh at. Most people are not trying to be mean, they are honestly trying to tell you what it is worth.

Larloch! direct message for you. Your an idiot if you think grass is prime real estate. You should be smart enough to know that a fortress on grass is like 1/5 ratio from a fortress on ice. Check your facts before you team up with an asshole to try to embarrase somebody. OFFERS ONLY

Since it's time to take digs, the proper terminology is 'Entertaining offers'. You're not actually taking any right now, but entertaining what they might be to decide if you will take one. All signs point to an auction with an outrageous starting bid because the majority of people don't understand how auctions actually work. lol
