Just dropped by, whats not shown is important.. statuettes on the front and the dyed furniture.

If you are looking for top dollar, your best bet is to run an auction. If you want a quick sale, shoot me a pm... :)

Well recently a castle on grass(that fits a fort) went for like 13 or14 mil, that is some prime real-estate. I think @LanDarr managed to pull 11 mil for his fort, and it is a few screens away from you on dagger island. So, yes, a 15 mil reserve is something to laugh at. Most people are not trying to be mean, they are honestly trying to tell you what it is worth.

thanks for your comment but check the entire post. I am selling everything included. With all the dyed furniture and statues i think my reserve should be 15 mil.
Lol i am extremely tired of illmannered comments on my thread. From here on out, if you do not have a bid, stay off my thread This is MY FORTRESS and i will create a reserve as i see fit. HATERS need not apply

ADDED: Treehugger is a sour jerk who contradicts every statement i say. He has already been reported and the issue will be followed up on if he continues being a jerk. I am being very nice, nobody wants to see me let you guys get the best of me

Larloch! direct message for you. Your an idiot if you think grass is prime real estate. You should be smart enough to know that a fortress on grass is like 1/5 ratio from a fortress on ice. Check your facts before you team up with an asshole to try to embarrase somebody. OFFERS ONLY

funny, i dont even have facts, lol its just common sense to me. If there are 10 fortresses on ice but then 50 fortress on grass, shouldn't you leave the price up to the owner? enough said. Thank you Larloch for your free bump but please refrain next time

Since it's time to take digs, the proper terminology is 'Entertaining offers'. You're not actually taking any right now, but entertaining what they might be to decide if you will take one.

All signs point to an auction with an outrageous starting bid because the majority of people don't understand how auctions actually work. lol

That's enough derailing and personal attacks. @Phillip, I think you have enough information to make a decision.
