I read through this thread and thought we were discussing socialism. Everyone gets their allotment, but no one is allowed to strive for more. Anywho, I could care less on how many houses people are allowed to own. Doesn't impact me and how i've played in any way. Sure, it'll make it nearly impossible for a guild to get a good foothold, but oh well. Roll with what you've got. For me, I just know that this "housing crisis" is fake news. Everytime this subject comes up, I go wandering about and can place at least 1 Large Tower and several L-Shapes. In the end, some people think they should be able to place whatever they want when they want to place it and where they want to place it. If they can't, they lament how unfair things are. They create these crap arguments that their wants somehow outweigh someone else's wants. To the entitled generation: You are completely lame and pathetic. I don't know how many completely ignorant, rude, hateful, and downright immoral comments were lobbed my way over just the Yew Gate Fortress alone. I wasn't using it enough. I wasn't decorating it enough. I was wasting the place. I was trying to destroy the shard. Then when my friends and I got around to getting it all going, it became one of the largest Rune Libraries on the shard and at one time home to the largest guild this shard had probably seen. Some people can't see the big picture and can only see themselves and their immediate goals/desires. They tend to completely discount others goals/desires. tldr; There's a house that was "useless" and "taking up too much space" and was "completely useless" and "destroying the shard" and "would be so much better if I was in charge of it" just south of the Yew Gate that is a great rune library for everyone to freely use now because absolute stupidity did not win out.
Lol...you truly are something to marvel at. I'm at a loss as to being able to find even the slightest bit of truth or reason for that tirade, but thanks for the laughs. Funniest load of nonsense i've read in awhile. Will read again.
