House addons + New Guild system in a single patch... On top of the Xmas event... I may have to quit my job and go UOR full time. #UORruinedmylife
Retirement & Vendor Commands question:
"Note: These new home management services will be provided by Lord British in exchange for the currency earned as part of the clean up Britannia server health system."
Does this ability tie to a toon or to a house? If house, does this ability transfer to the new owner when you sell the house? Or if its tied to a toon, if the toon becomes the owner of a new house, is this ability retained?
I would like to make an official request to have the Animated Fire Trap included in Patch 73. This item was proposed and accepted as a valid platinum reward, however this item was never made available to us. Please, if there is time, (I know you are super busy) include this item in the patch as a new platinum reward.
I asked about this recently as well and he said he was going to try to get it coded in the next patch.
I've got 800 plat at the ready for a pair of these at Ocllo bank! Let's do this!
Please add damge to the traps. I want epic house suicides.

I would LOVE to be able to use a furniture dye tub on a locked down item!
I'll make sure those get added to this patch, I just keep forgetting they are not on the list.
I'll check it out, I forget why this doesn't work.
Make sure you put a house owner check... I would hate to have someone come dye all my furniture some hideous color !!
@Chris just make sure it checks if you're the owner some of our furnyy is priceless antiques!!
Pet/Monster Changes Added
Graveyards now have a much better chance to spawn the graveyard boss. (Revenant)
Monsters will now self assign a home location when their status changes.
This will apply to pets that go wild, or are tamed and released.
Note: This will resolve the odd behavior players have been noticing with pets trying to endlessly return to their home spawn location.
Resolved a variety of issues with legacy spawners (from 2012) with abnormal home ranges for monsters/animals.
Note: All home ranges should be roughly 5-10 tiles. (The area in which a pet will randomly wander when idle)
Tamed animals, that operate using smart pathing (Advanced path finding logic) will be downgraded to a lower grade pathfinding logic when tamed.
Note: This will resolve some minor performance issues related to players attempting to send tamed animals against inaccessible targets.
Bonded pets will now only lose 1 loyalty when their owner attempts and fails a command.
Non bonded pets will still lose 3 loyalty when their owner fails a command.
Transferring a pet to another player will now clear the friends list of the transferred pet.
@Chris any thoughts on preventing npcs from spawning in CY regions?
