Patio Loot Drop

I used to be able to drop chests over the railing with no problem, but seem like only one specific spot is working. Anyone have some tips?

Same house or different? I've heard that some placements you can't get things over the railing

Different house. I can do it on my large marble but there is a rock right in the corner I stand on. I can lock chests down and raise them with the home decor tool but you can put stuff in and take it back out. Maybe I should try before I buy

Try setting up a drop relative position key. I've had success with that in the past. Pick something up, start recording, drop it. Stop recording and set to relative position

I just bought a drop house today and was having trouble getting stuff over the rail. I had wondered if it was patched

On my large marble there is 2 spots I can drop round bags and pouches over and only 1 place I can get chests over. The bags will not drop where the chest will nor chests drop where the bags will. So..I don't know wtf that's about. Seems like on all the ones Fren and I used to own, it didn't matter where we were anything worked at any spot.

There's a certain region on the map where this is just not possible. The house in question is just unluckily in that tiny region.

is it possible to box off a large marble and use the porch like a large patio?

Yes. I use a standard table on the side entrance. Only takes 1
