Question about cupid stuff

I looked at the cupid post from last year but couldnt find anything. I was wondering what the holiday coins are for? And also I found a "Two of Hearts" and wondering if that is anything to special or if its a rare drop or something

Holiday Coins are selling for 4000 gp per coin at the moment, as for the hearts i do not know. best of luck!
