Twas one year ago since RRG celebrated a year straight of tax collections lead by Scully and Curly Sue with no loss of life to either of the tax collection leaders. We once again shall celebrate another grand year of successful collections with no loss of life brought upon RRGs leadership (Scully and Curly Sue). It was this day, 2 years ago that Roland of Gilliad had sent the two to their graves for the last time. Him and only he have had the pleasure. And once more the people will feast upon the lambs, and sloths, and carp, and anchovies, and orangutans, and breakfast cereals, and fruit bats, and large chinchillas.... Join us one more time... .In another prayer for prosperity so that we may enjoy yet another year of safely collecting the taxes that god himself has promised us.. FIREWORKS!!

In high school, we referred to taking or stealing things as "taxing". Examples: "Can I tax one of your smokes?" or "Someone broke into my locker and taxed my wallet." This I can say from personal experience; nothing quite like inhaling a smoke that someone else paid for. Also... nothing quite like telling someone to bugger off... because they ain't getting one of yours...
