    Never marked up a CY for a spot I'm selling.

    Never had any complaints from any of the new home owners either so.....must be doing something right.

    @Amulek how many sand castles do you know in uor ? in my books there is 1, and i own it... just like the blaze spellbook...

    So I really do have to wonder, do you seriously think someone is going to pay more for this once Moats (maybe) come out?

    I already find the prices absurd, and will never pay 20+mil for a house here (minus maybe for location).
