I placed my first house yesterday!

    A nice spot!

For now I'm only using a secure wooden chest. I dont have too much stuff and I prefer don't thave too much junk.

Also I've read about "golden strongbox" this would let me to have extra secure boxes?

For what I read and you wrote.

Secure container is limited to 125 items/400 stones.
Locked down container (unsecured) 125 items/unlimited stones.
Golden Strongbox: 25 items/400 stones. Secured? Who can access it?

How can you get a secure bag with more than 400 stones? Is it not was limited to 125 items/400 stones?

The process to have an overweight secure container is as follows:
    1, lock down a container
2, add another container with the heavy items (eg regs)
3, with another character pick up the reg container
4, with the house owner, release the main container and then secure again
5, cancel holding the reg container so that it drops back into the main container.

    Done.
Note that you are unable move it add to the container without following these steps again.

    Thanks. And about Golden strongbox?

Is true they are secure containers too? Could I place one of them with another char of my account as he's a co owner of the house?

    Kind regards.

Strongboxes are also secure, only the character that places it and the house owner are able to access it.

Umm thanks. Maybe I'll place a strongbox at the entrance for quick restocks.

If you are the single owner and occupant of the house, your dillegence wll reap security benefits. I have in the past been able to maintain a theif free home without setting up the walls and layers. The safety of the security wall is still only as effective as your macro to resecure the wall. Good luck in home ownership and keeping those who would like to help you learn about the necessity of security at bay. I do have a small security bar setup in one home now, just in case I get lazy/forgetful or have to hastily log off.
