Taking offers on this small house located approximately 1 screen North-East of the Britain Moongate. As the server is still relatively new, and more housing is becoming available over time, I really have no idea what this property would be valued at. I am only looking to sell if the value interests me, and if not I will happily make it a second addition to my vendor enterprise. This house was IDOC and fell a few hours ago. The small could be torn down and replaced with a small tower, or a stone/marble workshop.
