Someone decided to let a small decay, which has now been replaced with a sandstone patio. Located on the north-eastern back side of the Britain Graveyard. I'm not totally sure I even want to sell this, as its in a rather prime location, but will if an offer is made that catches my attention. The house is located directly next to Jack of Shadow's sandstone, where he stashes all his ill-gotten loot. I will consider trades as well, but only for high-end rares or BoD reward items which I don't currently have. This is not an auction or an official sales post, I am merely gauging interest for the location at this time.
