What's the taming skill you need to control dragons, not tame them- just control them. Don't you get a message if you tried to transfer one to a non/low skill tamer, that it doesn't trust you?

I believe the minimum skills you need to get a dragon transfer in the first place is the minimum to tame them. For dragons it is (difficulty 93.9) GM lore, 83.1 taming or GM taming, 38.4 lore. If I try the transfer to a non/low skill tamer a message that says the recipient doesn't have enough skill to accept the transfer (or something like that) will pop up.

People are really willing to buy dragons, instead of get their skill from 93 to GM and tame their own? It's not THAT hard, but it's a good thing, I think I'll see them too if people are willing to buy them from me.

People are willing to buy good dragons with good stats. If you find one with high stats people will pay a lot for them.

And, you can boost their stats, like tactics for example, by having them fight things?

Musicano, yes any skill like tactics and Margery can be trained up to 100. Stats like dexterity that are lower then 100 can be raised up to 100 as well. You just need to take your drags out and play with them.
