Upon winning I will give you 28 days to come up with the funds to demolish. If I do not receive atleast 90% of said funds, you owe me a flat 500 plat. If you do come up with the full funds, I owe you 500 plat. The home must be demolished upon receiving. Offer effective upon agreement.
