Couple of options added to original post regarding payment options. @Blendax reds aren't an issue. I haven't seen any around there at the times I have been on. If the villa went idoc, of course there might be some circling it like sharks. But that's not gonna happen often. Crunkjuice let me know it was just his rune library so not sure why there would be 3 reds living inside since SoF doesn't play on uor anymore. Regardless, it has a courtyard.
