im having a problem with the mistake...i understand i didnt open this is an auction type thread, but if u get an offer at 18k, but wait 8 hours for me, or hey i got 50k right now, i dont care what the rules are...any person in their right mind will take the offer 3x higher with payment ready.

No if i agree to a price, I'm sticking with it no matter how much someone else offers. You can't put a price on integrity.
