    Selling this beautiful large tower on the quiet south eastern side of Ice Island.
    It is nearby mining spots for you battle miners out there, and you can easily fish from the roof or dock your boats.
    Adventuring is a short ride through the southern mountains and then along the northern range to the dungeon Deceit.
    If you've delayed making tamers this house could be a base of operations for that endeavor due to the high spawn of easily tamed, docile creatures.

    Did I mention there is a shrine to the south? In my opinion this tower's got some great landmarks nearby.
