Total newb question: How did you get the trees to appear as stumps?

You modify some files in your UO directory or just copy/paste pre-modified files (back up the originals in a sub folder so you can easily go back and forth).

If i may offer my opinion - dont do tree stumps. Small dragons, bigger plat, colored bags, etc. are ok IMO, but tree stumps, no roofs and such totally ruin the game. One of the things I like about this game is how it looks. Tree stumps would ruin it for me. But I understand that for people who like pvp it helps them git gud.

I agree totally. I was only curious since It might be an easier way to look for house spots in the Jungles of the world. It would definitely be temporary. I do like the idea of bigger plat though..
