Sorry to jihad joe for pushing this thread further off-topic, but I have to comment on this. Some of my earliest memories are my dad bringing me to football games. And all I remember was getting so irritated that as soon as the play started, and all the guys ran into each other, the whistle blew and everyone just stood there. It was so awful to watch. To this day I cannot see why people enjoy it. If my sons decide they want to play football I will let them, but I won't be shy with my opinions about it. But back on topic (and probably just repeating myself now), triple boxing isn't for everyone, and if you don't like it then you are in luck! Nobody is forcing you to do it. And there are ridiculously wealthy people on this shard who got that way without it!
I think I could maintain 120k per hour, with 1 account, but bouncing around a few locations pretty rapidly (I think it was like 2 Elder Gazer spots and I forget the third, maybe dread spiders or something). That took into account a relatively cheap platinum at the time, but also time spent banking and restocking and stabling pets and stuff. And the other 2 accounts could be doing something pretty profitable like crafting for BODs or sorting loot or buying reagents/cloth or any number of other things. If triple-boxing nets 175k/hr by utilizing all three accounts, I'd guess one could do better in a number of other ways. It's totally dumb and not why 99% of us wanted to go back to the UOR era of UO, but in plain terms of acquiring gold it doesn't seem out of line with what you get from putting in some planning time and playing actively in a number of other ways.
At most they're farming 100k-120k/hour in raw gold doing that. Also, the level of autism to do that repeatedly is diagnosable. You're not farming 120k/hour with 1 tamer. Sorry, it's not possible. 60-80k max at bloods with 2 tamers. One isn't going to surpass that anywhere. Elder gazers are even slower.
