    You have to consider that the factor of two in the prices come from the honor of buying stuff from Russell and that he is spending time on selling things to low lifes (= anybody else than Russell).

    I dropped all those homes for free and 40 minutes later, after multiple IRC announcements, had to hold someones hand to walk them there and get them to replace. I guess the market has changed eh?

    These properties are clearly greatly under-valued!

    Vesper is the finest Town in the realm!

    My advice would be to sell up your shonky hovels in the ghettos of Yew and move lock, stock the f.....g lot to Vesper, the jewel in the crown of Sosaria!
