GM made boxes will only get you to 95, after that you've got to either throw yourself into some dungeons to train it up to GM or Train detect hidden to GM as it gives lock picking a +5 bump thus allowing you to pick containers that require 100 lockpicking. There are two houses that I know of in Ocllo that have public lock picking boxes for training up to 95. If you ask around in IRC I'm sure someone will be able to get you in one of them! Good luck
