    IMPORTANT NOTICE!

    To the person who placed 3 smalls next to and around this house to decrease the value of mine - I genuinely have no beef with that - hustlers gonna hustle - you saw an opportunity and you took it, nothing wrong with that.

    However, placing crates 3 tiles deep around the house is just petty and also was a total waste of your time because I forgot to mark a rune when I placed it and rode my horse there this morning to refresh it. Thank you for the crates though.

    In light of the recent placements I contacted the highest bidder and offered him the chance to purchase for 100k less or, retract his bid completely.

    I figured this was the fairest way of approaching the situation. If he retracts I will offer the same deal to the next highest bidder and so on, going down to the SB if necessary.

    In real life I've been self employed for the last 13 years, I own 4 separate businesses so I have full comprehension of the concept of profit. In this case - 1gp is still profit and I've operated under the mentality of "look after the penny's and the pounds will look after themselves" my whole life. It works.

    The person who placed the houses and blocked up the area with crates is @Ainz Ooal Gown FWIW - I'm going to set the debt at 249,480k Ainz, I've deducted 520gp for all the crates.
