Located near the northern Minoc mines and right along a river. Great scenery. Great location with great neighbors. The small tower in the middle allows you to make some crazy bridged connections and even put a bar up in the sky elevated above the small tower. If that's not cool then I don't know what is. Anyway, I'll let the screenshots do the selling for me. I don't see how you can look at these towers and not want them for yourself.

For those that didn't know, this is what I meant by 'skybar'.

This is a SS taken by a former owner of this land and what his bridge setup was. Same exact placement in the same exact location, give or take a few tiles. Either way, with some work you can have a nice bridge setup like the one shown below. I'm telling you now this price is very cheap for the area and also for the possible opportunities allowed with a Large Tower -> Small Tower -> Large Tower bridged connection. Don't let THIS opportunity pass you by.

Completely agree with both of you. Either way, I know there is somebody right now saving up for this property. As soon as that day comes, I'll be ready to sell it to them. In no rush or dire need for gold.
