Can i ask why a patio worth like 1 mil?

i was thinking the same thing lol and im a miner lol

but more power to em lets get the miner houses rocking

North Minoc has always been the prime real estate market. Add in the fact that it's extremely close to two mines for golems/mining with minimal PK's. This is a very nice spot

deed + 1 mil its my fault it fell im trying to get it back because it was a friends house who cant play at the moment

5mil (well, and 2.5mil as second place if you consider Infantry as crazy ) for one of the sandstones around there.

I once lived in the area a long while ago and it holds a certain sentimental value. I regret giving up my property, although it is now in good hands. While I really wish to try and win this patio, I will concede to Les based on his motives for regaining this house for a friend. I can respect that sort of passion.

@LesClaypool If something happens and that friend does not return to play, I would consider it a great opportunity to have right of first refusal before you list it.
