I don't like and don't agree with the agressivity here as it's a trade forum post. But, from the facts that are presented here I have to agree with SJ : It doesn't matter at all which post exactly was deleted. Maybe SJ is wrong, and instead of editting a post was deleted, who cares? I turned off Email-Notifications because I received a ton of email, so I cant check.
But it's even much worse in case a post was deleted, because that might mean, that Staff is directly influencing and helping out Iago. Why do I think that? Why would it help Iago to delete (instead of self-edit) the 3.3mil post that I also saw.

Because the reaction afterwards was very revealing:

1) The initial reaction of Iago on the fact that the 3.3mil bid was missing was VERY different than the later reaction. Instead of simply saying stuff like "Huh, where is my post with my 3.3mil bid?", he simply denies that he edits bids etc etc. He also never repeated his bid of 3.3mil officially.

2) Three (3!) pages full of posts mentioning that Iago did a 3.3mil bid have passed afterwards and NOT ONCE did Iago say: "Yes, I did bid 3.3mil AND I stay true to it." Not once did he wrote, that that bid still stands.

3) The claim that Staff deleted his post is very disturbing. Like mentioned before, the Cigarette Man usually writes a post that he moderated something. Why would he moderate this thread without leaving a message? Why would he moderate it at all? It has been claimed by Staff, that Staff only intervenes when rules are broken OR the original post creator demands moderation. I don't believe that Air demanded that. So, why was the 3.3mil bid removed (if it was removed at all and not just edited). And even when Staff moderated this thread, it leaves the feeling that certain players can influence the way of moderation here. If Staff really moderated here, I want to know why!

Even if you don't though, I couldn't care less. In the very least, it's amusing to watch you spin in circles ranting about the evil doings of people who honestly wouldn't waste their time doing the things you claim. What would the benefit be? Why isnt Iago simply repeating his bid after the initial claim that he edited it? Why is Staff deleting stuff without notification (in case it was that way)? Gimme answers!

Like he hasn't ever talked to me in any way, shape, or form, that wasn't nasty and rude. How many people do i dislike here Gideon in the over 4 years I've been here? 1 or 2? His posts clearly show he had knowledge his bid was deleted and he wasn't going to admit he had high bid. You're not spinning this around on me, you guys argue like a woman does.


Bottom line he had high bid and then when it was removed through his own actions or through a weird staff intervention, he still had high bid and refused to acknowledge it, Blackeye hit the nail on the head with his statement.
