Just to reassure you on a few things' assuming I do win:

1. this house will not just sit there and will be used daily. I have big plans for it and it will be fully deco'd with all of my stuff that I own sitting in this.

2. I have only returned to the shard less than 3 months, and I have worked hard to make the sort of money I have to afford this; grinding daily and being stringent with my funds

3. Assuming I do get it, it would be lightyears the best house I've ever owned on various shards, during my circa 20 years of playing this game; the best I've ever had is a large tower in a non desirable location. I've never been a millionaire player and I just want, like you, a place to call my home and would want my guidlies and friends to enjoy it as well. Hell, I'd even friend you here if you wanted.

4. I have a tower that can have a SST placed next to it so you could replicate this model, and I'd be willing to sell it to you for deed value plus a little more (like 500k in total) as a gesture of good will. I just really, really want this house.. As soon a so saw it posted I immediately fell in love with it and all of my guidlies can vouch as I have non stop been sending messages in discord about it, and they've had to put up with my nonsense regarding it lol
