500k would be min for the troll houses because thats what I payed for them. Hard to say with the complex. Its a pretty unique location. Great place for a small starter guild or just a comfortable home. Open to trades as well.
What are all of the houses for sale? Is it the 1 SST closest to cave and the 3 surrounding the lake? So...4 total?
Its the two closest smalls to the cave that are on the same side of the river. All three houses around the lake make up the complex. 5 total.

I think you will get more responses and bids if you post screen shots of each property you are selling ( instead of just the UO map shot you have there for the compound) as well as an S/B (officially posted here) for what you are looking to get, items you might wanna trade, what you will accept for plat and H-Coins.
