    It has now been over 24 hours since the auction has been closed and the high bidder has not responded to my PM or contacted me. I will now attempt to contact the next highest bidder after concluding the high bidder with only 1 forum post and no attempts to contact me was probably trolling.

    I will enjoy the ocean waves as I open the keep windows every morning and feel the fresh salty air blow across my face!!!
