WTS - YEW BANK VILLA - Bank from inside yo new home!

Just attempted to open the bank from inside the house both in the lower level and higher level corners. I was successful a handful of times and unsuccessful a handful of times. It does work, but is not consistent. Glad the doors are open and this can be verified by whomever wants to bid. A nice spot nonetheless.

I think this is worth about 5 million since you cannot reliably open your bank.

There are what 7 houses that have the ability to open a bank and they are all 30+ millions and this is one of them. Maybe not 100% I'd value at 18m

If house can indeed be moved 1 tile to the left, the owner should have moved it. Sad he would make the new owner take that risk. So many things about this sale are fishy and crappy. Horrible

On the bright side, this house does not have a courtyard, so there is zero risk of fucking up a courtyard or two... I guess I should be careful, it really depends on ur play style.
