That is correct, a very rare property is up for sale. One of a handful of houses that you have access to the bank from practically anywhere in the house! Oh and a big bonus is that there is a TON of traffic here so great for a vendor property or if you like block it all off and just use it as your own personal property that you have bank access with!

Rules of the deal:
- I can at any point and for any reason decide not to sell to an individual.
- I will accept buyout offers, however I do not have a buyout limit set.
- There is no set duration for this, so if you aren't the patient type then don't bother.
- I STRONGLY prefer gold, or platinum, or other forms of commodity such as this, I don't really care for rares that can be found (large vase is useless to me), I'm kind of open but not really interested in other types of rares.
- I will absolutely not sell this for less than 5m gold.
- Preference of buyer will go towards some one who is currently active or has plans to become active.

The view of the bank account is to show you where I was able to get the banker, most of the time its thoroughly the entire house, sometimes the 3ish tiles above the steps don't work.

None of the bank account items come with, or anything inside of the house.
