This is incorrect for this house, although I think Blaise helped me with a small house before this one. The land of Britannia was not entirely open for house placement yet, and you could not place in this area during the first stages of Telamon's housing phases. So I wanted this spot and I saved up just enough for it. When the final housing phase went live, I was lucky enough to place it here.

But anyways back to business.

Right now Barak has the high bid of 600k. Ruck and Landarr are the top contenders right now.
