    And because you're a BAD salesman. You pointed out your own greed in the thread man, you posted a picture of you standing next to a different house, you bump this thing every 3 hours, come on man, get a clue.

    You want to sell this for top dollar? Don't put it on the market when there are several better vendor houses on the market at the same time and whether you think so or not, except for one guy who felt sorry for you, the entire forum thinks your valuation is too high, but you won't care and you'll snap on anyone who tells you different, so we just get annoyed or don't bid. That's why.

    You have had no interest in this place in 3 weeks.
    Someone offered you 500k, so you made that the SB with a BO of 2 million
    Said person retracted bid
    You up the SB to 1 million and BO 4 million

    i didnt retract sorry i just said that if you felt it was not an appropriate price say it and then i will retract but if you feel this way let be it
    next time don't set a SB price that you dont wish to sell at
