You guys are funny. When I decide to spend on something I usually get it unless I'm REALLY priced out so, ya... But I also wouldn't want to pay even 25k more than I had to. Maybe I should have set the buyout higher?
doubtful, I don't plan on bidding again personally. The last 400 I tossed I pulled 3 amibs, and recently threw 100 with none at all so at this point he'd have to pull 8 green amibs to break even on this and that's rather doubtful
Lol I'm good man, I don't maintain my fortune by buying things that I don't think will return my investment. Who knows maybe you'll pull a ton of amibs and I'll be really jelly!

Don't forget! The rare fishing net floor tile pieces have a 1/10 chance to drop from the lock lake monster that special nets have a 4% chance to pull up. There were countless loch monsters with the first 20 nets at the great barrier net.
I'm #2 on the loch lake monster lifetime leaderboard, and #1 for net throwing as far as the angler achievement goes and it looks like I've got a 1 in 10 ratio for loch lakes, so if he spawns 30 of them and 1/10 have a carpet piece he'd net three carpet pieces that sell for roughly 40k per. Still a terrible return given the time and effort imho

I believe this is called giardia, and I don't blame him for wanting to shake that as soon as possible. Also, I'm thrilled that the barrier net tossing has led to influential economic reference! hahaha! That barrier net toss was fun. If you get 300 nets, please toss them in all at once. I'd love to see that. Box them into a boat corrall of like 4 boats so they can't get out.. that would be NETS! (nuts) Good luck on this auction!
@Jupiter I wanted to put the "LOFCo Great Barrier Fleet" of 23 small boats up for auction but I figure if I hold onto it for a little while I'll start up a floating sea monster arena and offer fishing loot prizes to competitors... that or host Sosaria's First Annual Whacking Day where contestants use blunt objects to kill as many serpents as possible within the alotted time.
