Noob question about monster statues.

    I've never really farmed too hard for anything here as far as monsters go because I mostly play my crafter... but I'm curious as to how to get my hands on monster statues, I've killed numerous things and never seen any drop...

    I'm also new to hardcore monster farming. How are bosses or mini bosses spawned? Do they have a small chance to spawn any time their corresponding creature is killed in one area (or many areas)? Do they just show up randomly in the world?

    Keep in mind he locations are not the only places they can spawn. You can also spawn Colossus in Despise, Beholder in Covetous, Purveyor of Darkness in Thera Keep, Dark One in Kaldhun...that I know of.

    i found that lich lords will spawn in Wind if you kill enough liches. i haven't slain enough liches + lich lords to see if the dark one will spawn there, but I've wondered if the spawning chance exists there.

    How old are these? I got around 900~ Titan and Cyclops Warrior kills, lets say 700 of these are in Despise, and never got a Colossus to spawn there.

    Certainly from before I took my break in around 2015, but I have no information that they changed the spawn spots

    The bottom picture is from my tamer in the first year of the shard... so very old!

    I think Ezekiel may have tweaked the spawns sometime after that, though I can't remember 100%.
