Resource wise its absurd how many arrows, reagents and leather you can get. I moved out to a small house for now, no point on keeping a large tower...

yeah! That's the biggest appeal of the place IMO. I got 100k worth of spined leather while casually training my nightmare. Also got 2 archers...
