    We will all certainly miss your presence, ReZon. I was shocked when I ran by yesterday and saw the house empty. But, I know there's a lot more to life than even UO. I wish you all the best. Good luck with the sale.

    Thanks for the kind words folks!

    In regards to the price of this precious spot, I realize it is a large amount and that not everyone is in the position to buy it right now. Bear in mind that I am not in a big rush to sell it, and that should give the serious buyer some time to drum up the needed cash. You will kick yourself later if you squander your chance (which I have done in the past...).
