Looking to sell this Large Brick, which would be a solid transition house for a newer player, a nice place to store your junk or someone who just likes added uniqueness to your property.

Pros: Great Price, Low to moderate spawn especially for trinsic, actually outside the jungle (though two steps from it)

Cons: I'm fairly sure the neighbor's house behind you is haunted (the ruins behind actual have no spawn), an occasional crocodile may wander onto your lawn (but usually only if drug onto it)

P.S. For those looking to place a large tower from where the previous keep/tower fell, depending on the setup you may likely need this house due to the wings as this house was not placeable prior to the IDOC because of said wings

1. I didn't know the can of worms I was opening

2. Twice I asked the thread to be closed

3. It was about the automation of following IDOC. Not a "woah is me I can't compete at IDOCs" yet people don't read it and assume it was

4. I placed this house like 24 hours after the IDOC, it's not the easiest house placement and like so many other spots gets overlooked.

Let me add a 5th.... In that same thread I get slammed for not routinely being at IDOCs, now here I am in my trading thread having to some reason defend me possibly making 15k off of a house placement nearly a full day after the IDOC.

Were you interested in making a bid or just trying to bleed over drama from another thread?

thats what happens when u cry on the forums about the game being unfair and want changes done to it to make ur game play a "more fun" which will take fun away from others , like you are something special , if you think next time u show up at an idoc prepare to fight for housing or loot instead of thinking they are going to throw a set of dice down and say "ok boys we will roll highest number gets the box here" until everything is gone then count to 10 and see who can place the fastest , you are sadly mistaken , welcome to a Fel shard mate , u will learn the way eventually
