Fort on grass. Does have a tree in it. Castle used to sit here, its on the left side of the mountain between Ice and Wrong. Neighbors seem cool. Fort comes empty SB 25m Gold only 48/24 auction Im pulling a Punt and as long as this thread exists its for sale.
That's no ordinary tree by the way. I've had our arborists from Yewniversity make a positive identification of species. Upon closer inspection one can observe a blue hue to the foliage. The buds are larger than usual and produce an oil that appears to have healing properties. During scientific testing, some of the foliage was accidentally burned. The scientists exposed to the exhaust described feelings of complete calm followed by a powerful desire to consume salty and sweet foods followed by waves of paranoia against the government. They have aptly named this particular strain, "Blucifer".

Does the same logic apply to Keeps? (A large keep being placed ontop of a tree that goes in one of the small keep's side CY's)
